Hello.   Thanks for your interest in our home for sale!  We're in a hurry to sell so we've decided to simply sell the home to the highest bidder in one day! 
We'll be selling our home on Sunday, July 15th, 2007 to the highest bidder, and we'll be accepting bids starting at $559,450.  This house was recently appraised for $875,000 in June
We'll have an open house on Sunday, July15th from 2-4 pm only.
That Sunday night at 7pm we'll start the bidding process.  The way it works is simple.  We'll take down opening bids at the open house, and also over the phone, all the way up until 7 pm that night.  At 7pm, we'll start the actual bidding, and won't allow any new bidders to enter.

We'll call the lowest bidder first, tell them what the high bid is, and ask them if they want to top the highest bidder.  If they want to top the high bidder, then we'll move them to the top of the list, and they'll become the new leader.  If they don't want to top the high bid, then they'll be out of the bidding.  We'll continue this process

until we're down to the winner!  And they'll become the new owner of our beautiful home!!
