Driving Directions to 16002 Brewer Rd., Grass Valley from Hwy I-80 in Auburn 

Take I-80 East toward Reno. After entering Auburn city limits on I-80, take the Bell Rd exit. 
Turn (L) (North) onto Bell Rd which will take you over the freeway. Stay on Bell until you reach
Grass Valley Hwy (Hwy 49), just past the Target store. Turn (R) onto Grass Valley Hwy and
head toward Grass Valley. Approximately 20 minutes out of Auburn, before you get into Grass
Valley, turn (R) onto Alta Sierra Drive at stop light. Continue on Alta Sierra Dr. and go straight
through the first stop sign. At the second stop sign, turn (R), this will keep you on Alta Sierra
Drive. Go about 1/4 mile on Alta Sierra Drive, then turn (R) onto Tippy Way. Continue on Tippy
Way approximately 1/4 mile until you come to a stop sign. Go straight through stop sign, which
will put you on Norlene Way. Continue on Norlene Way for ¼ mile, then turn (L) onto Tammy
Way.  Continue on Tammy Way for approximately 1/2 mile, then turn (R) onto Brewer Rd. Go
approximately 1/2 mile on Brewer Rd., until you come to a large gravel turn-out on the right
(there will be a Sign - Park Here For Auction), where you will want to park (this is close to the
north property line). Walk south on Brewer Rd., past the yellow fire hydrant, to next driveway on
the right., which is 16002 Brewer Rd  Walk up the driveway past the pond to the house. Enter the
front of the home via the arbor walkway to the right of the garage. Please take off your shoes at
the sign-in station, as the carpet is brand new and has a light color.
